Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Enable Sleep's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Service
Enable Sleep, Inc. ("Enable Sleep," "we," "us," or "our") provides a HIPAA-compliant platform for dental practices to manage dental sleep medicine workflows, including patient management, appointment scheduling, clinical documentation, and appointment reminder notifications via email and SMS text messaging.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
The Enable Sleep platform offers an SMS appointment reminder program on behalf of participating healthcare practices. By opting in to SMS reminders, you agree to the following terms:
Program Description
Enable Sleep sends automated appointment reminder text messages to patients who have opted in through the platform. Messages are transactional in nature and relate solely to upcoming healthcare appointments. Messages do not contain Protected Health Information (PHI) or specific medical details.
Message Frequency
You may receive up to 3 text messages per week, depending on your appointment schedule. Message frequency varies based on the number and timing of your appointments.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates will apply to all text messages sent and received. Enable Sleep does not charge for the SMS reminder service, but your carrier may charge you for each message.
Opt-In and Consent
You must provide express consent to receive SMS appointment reminders by completing the consent form within the Enable Sleep platform. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving healthcare services. You may receive a confirmation message after opting in.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS appointment reminders at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You may also opt out through your account settings in the Enable Sleep platform or by contacting your healthcare provider. Reply START to re-subscribe at any time.

Privacy and Data Sharing
Your phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Supported Carriers
SMS reminders are supported on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery Hours
Messages are sent between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in your local time zone only, in compliance with TCPA regulations.
User Responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Notify us promptly if your phone number changes
Medical Disclaimer
Enable Sleep provides tools and workflows to support clinical practice, but does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals. SMS appointment reminders are administrative notifications only and do not constitute medical advice.
Limitation of Liability
Enable Sleep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to missed appointments due to undelivered text messages. SMS message delivery is dependent on your mobile carrier and network conditions, and delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Modifications to Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
